These Terms and Conditions of services allows You to use Lancelot Network Services. By using Lancelot Network Services You confirm that you understand and are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
You are not allowed to use the Lancelot Network Services if you do not wish or may not accept for any reason the present Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the Lancelot Network Services. If you are not satisfied with the Lancelot Network Services for any reason, your only remedy against Lancelot Group is to stop using them, except in cases of gross negligence of wilfull misconduct of Lancelot Group.

1. Definitions
Content: Any work on the Website including User profiles, comments, forums, photos, videos, sounds, images, texts, files, listings, messages, or other materials posted on or transmitted through the Website.
Lancelot Network Free Services: (refers to the) free services provided by Lancelot Group and/or Lancelot Group partners, including but not limited to the news pages, resources pages, communications features (emailing, text messaging, instant messaging and calling) and other services which may be extended or changed from time to time.
Lancelot Network Payable Services: (refers to) the payable services provided by Lancelot Group and/or Lancelot Group partners, including but not limited to Event Registrations and other services which may be extended or changed from time to time.
Lancelot Network Services: Any services provided by Lancelot Group through its Websites, Social Network, Events and other Services, including but not limited to the Lancelot Network Free Services and the Lancelot Network Payable Services.
Lancelot Group,: the IT Community Service Provider that operates Lancelot Network website incorporated under the laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, having its registered office at rue de Hollerich, 83 L-1741 Luxembourg.
Tags: Descriptions (words or phrases) assigned to Content. Users: People who create, find, visit, use, and contribute to Lancelot Network .
User Profile: any information about the user, filled in by the User on the Websites, that is meant to be shared with other Users of the Lancelot Network Community and that can be searched for by other Users, registered or not.
Website: the Lancelot Network website, pages, sections and online services offered through the internet, e-mails and online technology services operated by Lancelot Group.
You: You, the User of the Lancelot Network Services and member of the Lancelot Network Community.

Network Creator of Lancelot Network, offers You services as Website Social Networks features. Some are based on Third Party Partners, so we recommend You to read the Terms and Conditions of Selected Parties here described.
3. Accessing Lancelot Network Services
Access to the Website is allowed on a temporary basis, free of charge, and Lancelot Group reserves the right (but is not obliged) to exclude or amend its contents, suspend or terminate unilaterally the service on the Web Site without any advance notice. Lancelot Group shall not be liable for any unavailability of the Website at any time and reserves the right to stop, suspend or interrupt all or partial supply of information or availability of the Website at its own discretion.
4. Ownership of Content
Lancelot Group does not claim any ownership rights in the Content You provide. You own the Content You create and upload, and give it for free and free of use to the Community and Lancelot Network Services. After posting Your Content, You continue to retain rights to modify and delete it. If You use some copyrighted Content on Lancelot Network , You must assume the use of Content that will be made by Users of the Lancelot Network Services and other users.
5. Accounts, Passwords, and Security
You must be a registered Member to access some features. Lancelot Group determine where Users have or need to be registered with Lancelot Network Services and contribute with Content. As a User, You are responsible for keeping Your password secure. You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under Your User Profile.
6. Content and Interaction
Lancelot Group is not responsible for any Content from other Users or advertisers available on the Website , including advertising and information about third party products or services. You are requested to verify the information posted on the Website with independent parties and/or authorities before acting or relying upon it. No information may be treated as advice. Lancelot Group shall not guarantee that the contents of the Website will be accurate or up to date.
Your interactions with other Users, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and the User. You also agree not to post, email, or make available any Content for which You don't have sufficient rights to grant the licenses above or forbidden by laws, to harass individual or group of individuals, to include personal or identifying information about another person without their explicit consent, to operate advertising or solicitation in Content or emailed and to disrupt the normal flow in Lancelot Network. You agree to comply with all relevant aspects of the Privacy Policy.
No hyperlink from other websites to the Website shall be made without the prior written consent of Lancelot Group. Where the Website contains links to other sites, these links are for information purposes only. Lancelot Group has no control over the content of these sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from their use.
7. Member’s promotion
If Lancelot Group promotes You as Administrator, Group Leader, Opinion Leader or gives You any other privilege, You agree to comply with applicable laws and LAncelot Group rules (including the Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam Policy and Internal Procedures).
8. Members
You agree that in an unilateral way, without any prior notice, undesirable members can be suspended, rejected, banned by authorised administrators from Lancelot Network Services, without any possible resort.
9. Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to implement protection with virus checking software with respect to the Content viewed and/or downloaded from the Website and to ensure the compatibility of such software with your equipment.
10. Lancelot Group Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by legislation, Lancelot Group hereby disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages or loss, lost opportunities suffered by You as a result from the use of the Website, any of its services or any information accessible over or through the Website, whether such loss, damages, costs or lost opportunities arise from the negligence of Lancelot Group or if Lancelot Group is even informed of such possibility. You agree to indemnify Lancelot Group and its shareholders, directors and/or employees, agents or affiliates, consultants, hosting provider or any other third parties anyhow participating in creation and maintenance of the Website from and hold harmless against any liability from the use of the Website.
In no event liability of Lancelot Group for any and all loss or damages, costs, lost opportunities, with respect to any causes of action arising from the use of the Website and/or these Terms and Conditions, shall exceed aggregately 100 Euros, the sufficiency of which is hereby confirmed by You.
Since some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability or damages, Lancelot Group shall be entitled to the maximum disclaimers and/or limitations on damages and liability available.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as limiting Lancelot Group liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. About these Terms and Conditions
Lancelot Group keeps the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on the Websites. If You do not agree to (or cannot comply with) the Terms and Conditions as amended, Your only remedy is to stop visiting the Web Site. You will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions as amended if You continue to visit the Web Site after any amendments are posted. An e-mail sent at the address referred to in Your Lancelot Group account will constitute a valid notification.The use of Lancelot Group "Lancelot Network" Services is governed by the laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. By entering this Website, you agree that any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions, as well as their interpretation will be exclusively submitted to Luxembourg Courts except as provided by the laws. These Terms and Conditions govern Your use of Lancelot Network Services, superseding any prior agreements (whether written or oral) between You and Lancelot Group regarding the subject matter hereof. Should one or more clauses in this contract conflict with a statutory or public order provision, be declared invalid further to a definitive judgement by a competent court or have no legal effect for whatever other reason, the clause that is invalid and/or has no legal effect shall not in any circumstances affect the validity of the other clauses in the contract.
